Name this quilt block

I designed a new quilt block a week ago and was trying to think of a name for it.

A classmate of my husband visited us last evening. He is very interesting man with much  knowledges of a wide range of subjects, living in Canada and traveling all over the world.  I show him the block and he immediately said - these are "four ways".
I like the name.
So was born "Four ways knot quilt block. You can find it here.
You can make different things - coasters, potholders, an entire quilt.
Playing with block I found that if I made a mirror block it looks different way.

If combine some I can use as a border.

 Finally I made a potholder - addition to an apron I had made as a birthday gift earlier.
