Patchwork Easter eggs

Some days ago when I had sewing my "Flowers in the air" project an idea came into my mind. I stopped immediately and began collect hexagons in a shape that must be an Easter egg. I cut paper figures and glued them together. To become a egg shape I had to put squires and triangles.
After all I prepared pieces English paper piecing, stitched them and filled with polyester batting. The result was pretty good.

I made the same method a smaller one. And after all developed another shape using pentagons. They are  great, aren't they?
